ACTION RESEARCH

STEP-1   PRE TEST

A topic was  given to the students  to speak in front of the class.

1.       No introduction was given by  the  students.

2.       Lack of confidence.

3.       Low volume.

4.       Grammatical sentence.

5.       Incomplete sentence.

STEP-2

1.In  order to develop confidence group discussion followed.

2. With the passage of experience students became confident.

STEP-3

1.       After the group discussion , an individual recording of the voice is forwarded.

2.       Now the students were aware of shortcomings.

Step-4

1.       Now the end response , a high pitched was heard , students were  more confident now.

2.       Not exactly but...,  up to  some extent goal was achieved.
