Discourse analysis(process) it is a process of communication discourse is a spoken form,text is a written form. the text have two elements. 1.cohesion and 2.coherence both they give the texture,to the text. texture is a fibre,which bindings this, cohesion means a grammatical linkage, coherence means a logical sequence. cohesion or co-refrence it is a visible within the text.it has two types.1.endaphoric and 2. exaphoric.means outside the text. endaphoric have two types.1.anaphoric and 2. cataphoric. the term anaphoric means look beck to get the meaning, and cataphoric means look forward to the meaning. from--RANJAN TRIVEDI.
